FIMAC Solutions enters into a Joint Marketing Agreement with Suntell
FIMAC Solutions LLC is pleased to announce that we have entered into a joint marketing agreement with Financial Institutions Technologies Inc. dba Suntell of Topeka, KS.
This relationship allows the users of Suntell’s Loan Management System (LMS) to access a pre-created file set for instant download into CRE Stress Analytics©, making the entire data capture process within CRE Stress Analytics© virtually seamless. Our clients can be assured of the quality of Suntell’s Square 1 suite of products knowing our due diligence efforts are completed.

CRE Stress Analytics© is THE answer for performance analytics on your CRE portfolio and individual loans. This proprietary entry into our suite of risk management tools (FIMAC Mountain) is the most dynamic model in the industry available to stress income producing commercial real estate portfolios and individual loans.
CRE Stress Analytics© uses real data, your values, not area wide averages or peer comparisons. Data extracted from your core processing system is easily uploaded into CRE Stress Analytics© and used to stress your CRE portfolio from any angle and within any sector down to the individual loan.
The output reports are graphically rich and easy to understand. Leave behind complicated (and expensive) spreadsheet models that don't deliver the same results.
We currently offer the Risk Analytics ALM Model, CRE Stress Analytics, Deposit Analytics, and risk based Consulting Services.
The Risk Analytics® ALM Model (ALM Model), with backtesting, is a dynamic income simulation and net present value asset and liability management model. With the ALM Model, managers can perform their own “what-if” analysis by using our Balance Sheet Manager (BSM) module. Manage your IRR with our platforms and give your ALCO a leg up.
Our professional staff includes individuals with backgrounds in bank management, operations, and regulation as well as financial analysis and software development of proprietary models.
